For instance if you have 100 workers in a certain resource. Then 1000 wood would be the donation criteria for the week at that resource. 458 workers, then 4580 wood would be the approximate weekly amount to donate. This doesn't take into account premium bonuses, or bonuses from buildings or wonders. This usually equates to around 5% of resource intake.Also since only wood can be donated and there are two resources per island (wood and luxury), the amount to be donated is for one node only. Meaning if you have 100 workers at the sawmill and 100 at the quarry. You would only need to donate a total of 1000 wood weekly to either to the mill or to the quarry or any combination of each (500-500, 400-600, etc.) The number of workers you choose is the larger of the two numbers. If you had 150 workers at the quarry and 100 at the mill, 1500 would need to be donated weekly.Violators will be reported to me, and the following actions shall take place:
1st violation: 1st Official warning
2nd violation: 2nd Official warning and a specific donation amount is to be set for the following weeks donation
3rd violation: No assistance from alliance. No member within out alliance shall be allowed to trade goods with you, for either a specified period of time, or until all overdue donations are met.
4th violation: Kicked out of the alliance and pillaged mercilessly by all alliance members.
